 A Gift of Heart provides support, compassion, understanding and welcomes those whose lives have been touched by organ donation, either as donor families, organ recipients, or those in the process of still waiting for their miracle to come...

 

We provide one on one counseling for those individuals and their families still facing the difficulties and challenges of donation and transplant surgery.

 

We celebrate and honor the lives of donors and their families, who have given their gift of life and saved the lives of others.

 

We seek to bring comfort to one another through the discussion of shared experiences, to have empathy and gain new understanding and insight for those whose experiences differ from our own.

 

We strive to inspire the community to make a difference in the lives of others through transplant advocacy, public awareness and the education to make informed decisions regarding organ donation.
